Leidos uses VSP (as of 2018), which has a good reputation among providers. The benefit seems chintzier than VSP plans I've had at previous employers. I used my spouse's plan for my most recent eye exam -- Leidos plan had a co-pay, spouse's plan did not.

Its part of their health insurance plan I think. Haven't used it.

I haven't had to use the Vision insurance but they take out about $5 a paycheck for it and I have a Vision card for it.
