Lessen LAB is a council of employees from departments across the business that serves as a direct line of communication between their teams and Lessen leaders. These company influencers help brainstorm and launch employee events and programs. Their feedback helps us learn how to meet our team members' needs best.
Lessen has implemented Prioritization Days once each quarter for all employees, whether office-based or remote. On these days, Lessen encourages employees to prioritize work/life balance by taking advantage of additional flexibility in their workday, including an extra break, extended lunch period, extra work-from-home day, adjusted workday schedule, or other forms of accommodations.
