The ONLY complaint I have with the benefits package is just that our medical/dental/vision basically just covers preventative care with the lowest plan... which is super typical of all companies. I just think it'd be great if the company cover at least 50% of the deductible for our medical plans or something like that. Again, the plan is typical for the industry. Also vesting for 401k match is 0% until 3 years service then is 100%. The best thing is that we have great PTO. Start with 18 PTO + 2 Volunteer days + 2 Employee Resource Group days for events + 11 Paid Holidays. After 2 years you bump to 23 days of PTO.

Vacation is standard and they don’t really like you to take it

Fairly competitive benefits package though it is diluted YOY for the past 5 or so years.

401k benefits used to be the best with 9% match for over 7+ years of experience but it is now reduced to 6% match. No RSU benefits. Annual Hike is very less - 2%-4%. Bonus is negligible 2%
