-The worst thing is the health insurance. I was a contractor and the health insurance OOP Max for me was $2400. With LNRS it's $3900 with the same Carrier and Plan. It was a massive downgrade and I heard they're planning to raise the premium and deductibles for 2025.
-There are stock options but you can only participate at the end of the year so if you get hired after Q4 you have to wait a full year.
-PTO is pretty fair. You get 5.5 hours every 2 weeks
-Best benefit is volunteering time off but it's only up to 16 hours annually
There is a company survey and compensation/benefits is always the biggest complaint. The company is slow to address this despite wanting to collect feedback on it

Pretty good benefits but not perfect. Since the position is remote health insurance feels way too expensive.

Best Things: PTO starting is 18-21 days and 11 holidays, 2 floating holidays that can be used at your leisure, 16 paid hours for volunteer time, 3 days bereavement. Healthcare- Top tier. You can pick which level of care you would like and you have a choice of 5 different providers and which provider offers a bronze, silver platinum, gold option. Flexibility- LNRS overall is flexible.
The Bad:
Pay- LNRS offers under market value on pay and it is very specific with how they title roles to avoid paying more
Business Divisions- Each business division runs like a separate company. Some divisions like RELX and Elsevier are very organized, pay more, overall a better experience. While the Legal, Business Services, Insurance division are very toxic and there is alot of CYA.
