Not very sure about it

You get bonding time after you have baby if u have been with company 6mths

excellent leave time to spend with child

very good benefits and allowances.

I think it provides Paternity Leave as well.

Only get 8 weeks and cannot take extra time unless medically necessary.

6 weeks of disability plus 2 weeks of parental leave. Employees are paid at different percentages depending on length of service to the company. After 5 years, employees may be able to get all 8 weeks 100% paid, depending on approval by the disability provider/HR. This is pretty generous compared to most U.S. company policies for parental leave.

2 weeks for maternity/paternity, 4 weeks for adoption, short term disability for 12 weeks

Available for full time employees for sure. Not sure about part time.
