the training is great - if you come in knowing nothing they really take the time to intro you to the world of insurance.

Best trainers and best training both product and sales. Most sales managers were great mentors some just cared about them selves and didn't care.

Job training was very precise and designed to obtain the appropriate licenses. It was also ongoing. J

The Job training has changed, prior to segmentation of job duties Liberty Mutual training was the best. You could go to Liberty to train to become a Licensed P&C Sales Agent and gains the knowledge and experience you needed. Full training Upfront, now you will receive the training you need to get your license, when you pass your P&C license you will train and focus on AUTO insurance in simple states. Once you've worked andshow proficiency in this area you will train in the more difficult AUTO States such as MI, PA and other states considered more involved. When you've mastered the auto you can then be "promoted" to HOME. and be trained in Home systems, although you already received an education in home insurance for your licensing, this is more of a refresher and a liberty mutual systerms and processes trainiing.
Your training will be in segments over time as you master your promotions through the grades.
