Liberty Mutual will tell you "This is not to be shared with anyone" during your yearly performance reviews where your pay raise is discussed. The reason is because of the inequality of pay between employees performing the same tasks. You could be a Grade 10 Employee making less money than a Grade 9. Too many smoke and mirrors.
