Completely non-existent in my experience. There was no room for advancement, despite the position being marketed as such.

Liberty has put a lot of effort into their development programs, each employee receives a development plan from their supervisor each year. And the employee does have a say in their development plan. Anyone who complains about development at this company has either not taken the time to think about their development plan or the time to execute it. The company can only do so much - it is ultimately up to the employee to follow through on the plan and develop themselves.

The development programs are top-notch and really set you up for long-term success in the company. Liberty has a major focus on developing management talent and values this as one of the top priorities in the company. This focus is consistent throughout the company and people will go out of their way to help you succeed.
