I have yet to have a problem with getting anything covered

Linode uses an HMO plan with a very high deductible. They cover 100% of costs, but you have to get them reimbursed, which means you'll be out that money (if you even have it available). Linode does not have great vision or dental coverage. I really wish they would consider getting a better and more comprehensive healthcare plan.
