Working from home is at the discretion of management. Its not allowed all the time depending on the job requirements.

Absolutely awful. They take working from home to a new level. You are expected to be on call 24/7. They provide you with a laptop and cell phone that is expected to be utilized to the max. Even when you are on a planned vacation, surgical procedure or any other time off they will not be respectful of your personal space and insist that action is taken. While this may be the nature of the business for some professions, the amount of compensation received for this type of activity is grossly undervalued.
