50% match up to 8% of pay for 401k plus an additional 4% that goes into a capital accumulation plan. Full vesting for 401k immediately and full CAP vesting after 3 years. If benefit is maximized employees will be saving 18% of annual salary (only 8% of which is employee contribution).
