just an average on dental plan. If you select the wrong one you get reimbursed rather than the insurance paying directly. Not sure which plan that is though, it is confusing.

Dental insurance is ok but if you are out of network (ie fly by nights like Monarch Dental) then there is a manual process for payment. They try to force you into the low cost dental outfits.

There are two levels of insurance the employee and choose to meet their projected needs each year. My dentist commented that he rarely sees the level of coverage that I had.
