Disability like any other place they fight hard to keep you from using it and keep trying to trip you up from continuing to get it. Lockheed Martin does not consider mental disability to be an actual or serious thing as they only cover it for 2 years where if you have what they call a "physical" disability then it's for life. Lockheed Martin specifically chose to discriminate against mental illness this way.

Again, LMT HR makes it difficult to use.

Disability insurance is pretty expensive.

Used short term disability insurance and within the year was laid off work.
