Health Insurance

As a single person with no dependents the HDHP works better for my than a traditional Health Plan. The premium is less for the best plan LM offers, so I save the max out of pocket annual cost in an HSA in case of a major medical issue. If I don't use the funds they roll over to the next year. They also stay in my account if I leave LM for another company or retire.

Only has High Deductible Plans.

Health Insurance was reasonably priced but annual enrollment period gets stressful cause if you miss enrollment deadline, it's insanely hard to work with HR to get a second chance to enroll

HDLP plan is pretty standard for the industry but could definitely be better.

Not many insurance options. High deductible.

Pretty weak. Health insurance is expensive and very high deductible.

Good choices for a diverse population

One of the best insurance plans I've had.

I thought that the benefits package that I received from Lockheed Martin was a good benefits package.
