Some people don't like the HDHP, but if it works for you, it's actually pretty great. $500 a year in incentives into your HSA for doing almost nothing, which covers the annual cost for an individual. Then you can contribute $3500 a year and invest it via the HSA.

They didn't seem to have all that much of an explanation of why they choose who they choose for health care and seemed to switch every two years with out giving employees any reasoning so you would have to relearn the whole process over and over.

HDHP is very cheap if you have low health care expenses, the highest deductible plan costs me $6/week.
