Worst - company self insured , no market competition one price fits all

Lack of flexibility and variety in 401K options is a negative. Company match is a positive.

The health insurance has very good coverage overall, but it does push the employees to take ownership of their personal health matters. The greater the personal investment in the employee to healthy habits, the lower the costs.
