Moorestown has a professional union which offers a health care plan that covers all maternity expenses 100%. It is very expensive but worth it if you can plan your pregnancy.

They offer maturity leave, I am not sure if they offer paternity leave.

Six weeks fully paid leave broken up into two plans. One is a spousal support leave, two weeks, must be taken immediately and all at once. Then the baby bonding leave, which is four weeks, can be taken in two week chunks, and you have up to a year to use it. Very flexible, and very generous.

6-8 weeks of disability (depending on delivery). Believe it's 4 weeks for Paternity leave.

For America, good maternity leave. Paid 10 weeks of FMLA and whatever vacation/sick time you choose to use.
