About average if I recall. Women get the standard amount. Men get nothing.

Seems to be average compared to other companies, but most people end up burning up some of their vacation because it is not enough.

The company as of January 1, 2018 will only offer 40 hours of paid maternity leave (aka only one week to bond with your child).

Very disappointing! The company only offers 6 weeks (vaginal) or 8 weeks (C-section) paid maternity leave and practically nothing for fathers. The latest round of changes for benefits did not materially improve this, despite the fact that our top competitors for talent have figured out that the money spent on these types of benefits is more than recouped by a reduction in attrition. Additionally the contractor handling the LM Leave Center is friendly and professional, but mostly incompetent, making the process of applying for benefits you do get to be very painful.
