Great amount of discretionary paid days

You get most big-name holidays off (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years week, etc.) and an additional 5 days to use at your discretion. Worst part is that the number of provided personal holiday days do not carry over to next year, and 5 days is not that much time to get off.

every federal holiday offers plus the year end 1 week during Xmas and new year is definitely great to have
