Reduced or Flexible Hours

Lockheed Martin have not worst about reduced .

multiple different schedules allowed (4 by 10, every other Friday off), can take hours off for doctor appointments and can allocate them elsewhere during the week without taking any sick time

It was fine to use

9/80 schedule is standard, and start / stop times are reasonably flexible

Many LockMart locations are on a 9/80 schedule (80 hours over 9 days), giving every other Friday off. This is great for scheduling appointments. They are very good about comp time for extra hours worked (salaried employees).

You need to be careful about this - especially if HR gets involved.

Useful on numerous occasions during my career.
