"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

Every other Friday off!! And 3 weeks vacation/year, accrued by 10 hrs/month. And off between Christmas and New Years. And a few other random holidays: no complaints here on time off!
This was as a new hire. I'm not sure when that bumps to even more.

Best thing is 401K matching & Capital Accumulation Fund. Worst thing is that health benefits could be better - recommend the corporation use the might of 110K employees to get a single benefits package at a great value.
