401K the best. Company matches 50% of the first 8% you put in and they have a separate account where they will give you additional 6% without you putting anything. Basically you would get 10% (4% from your 8% and 6% free from LM).

Health insurance is great and the 401k plan for salary staff is very competitive.

Best is the comprehensive and flexible complement of benefits offerings. Worst thing is a single consumer driven health plan that is the only option available to employees as compared to other employers in the market that offer additional health plan options such as a HMO, PPO, etc.

Decent 401k match, although no more pension plans(stopped for new hires as of 2006) Premiums no longer better than average, have gone up a lot last few years.

Negative - Very traditional plans versus progressive benefits at newer technology companies. Positive - Top of the line traditional benefits plan.

Best: Every other Friday off since they're on the 9/80 schedule Worst: There's a lot of benefits offered, but not as well promoted and you have to research them on your own to take advantage of them

Limited options and flexibility in all benefit areas. You would think with such a large company would have a well flushed out 401(k) package- but is is just chaffed off to a third party investment management firm.
