"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

Really expensive benefits (they are all high deductible health plans) ... the health insurance is almost like a $10k to $15k salary hit. Really good 401k match though (10% if you contribute 8%).
