However the Health Insurance is terrible, there is no plan available without a high deductible, there are also no sick days, only acurred vacation days gained throughout the year.

Solid 401K matching. Good amount of PTO yearly with an amount that increased with enough years of service. Certain jobs on the location are WFH, but increasing push to bring people into the office.
