"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

Solid standard PTO schedule, 4/10 schedule with flex hours, and good 401k match. 6% by default + up to 4% for each 0.5% match (so you would have to match 8% for the full 4%).

Benefits are great but parental leave could be better than 4 weeks.

All plans are HDHP. Very expensive for early career employees. Does not pay for anything until you shell out thousands of dollars. At minimum, a single PPO option would be better than deductibles of $1,600.
