401K Plan

"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

The health care benefits are not the best that I have seen. Plan costs are extremely high. The savings plan and company match to the 401k are excellent.

Best thing: Lockheed contributes up to $400 for you and your spouse. $300 of that is simply scheduling getting your bloodwork done at somewhere like Quest diagnostics.
Worst thing: High deductible plans are the only options available as of 2023-2024
