"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

The benefits at Lockheed Martin are excellent. We work a 4x10 schedule so I generally don't work much on Fridays. On top of that, I get 4 weeks of PTO per leave and ~10 federal holidays off. The 401k match is also top notch.
