There is no health insurance provided by Lyft.

The American healthcare system is broken, so naturally, the plans aren't exactly cheap. Especially if you add on a domestic partner. However, the ones that are offered have extensive coverage. There is one plan with a $0 deductible which as the most coverage out of them all, except for not being covered at all at any out of network providers.

Do not chose the free insurance. The EPO is well worth the mi ry.

Low co-pays, good multiple options, low monthly premiums

Best thing about Lyft's benefits are that it provides a healthy mental health benefit, as well as exec coaching. A not so great thing is that Lyft does not match 401K contributions to any extent/.

It's a good and comprehensive plan.

They used to offer $200 in Lyft credits but now they only give a 20% discount, real bummer.
