403(b) has a great match

great 401k matching options up to federal max or 20k or 10%.

Partial matching, not particularly high and only for full-time employees.

Plan is excellent and there are no drawbacks. Fidelity advsie is usually good.

Good options, many different investments for all phases

The corporate match is terrific

I've never come across a more generous, or even equally generous, contribution match level. The formula is a bit complicated, but the bottom line is if you're fully capturing the match (which everyone always should), the employee puts in 12% of their salary, and MITRE matches it with 10% of their salary. It's true that it used to be even better, but it's continued to do its job of keeping me from accepting offers from other prospective employers. It's kind of a diabolical scheme if you think about it: other employers are only allowed to offer you so much more than your current base pay, but that doesn't take into account the enormous differences in tax-free retirement money. Golden handcuffs. Good for MITRE!

MITRE is very generous with this plan. It's great!
