WORK FROM HOME FLEXIBLE
At MITRE, our flexible in-office program aims to provide employees with the adaptability they need to accommodate their personal and professional lives while supporting our company’s culture of connection, innovation, and collaboration. MITRE employees can take advantage of our flex-time program that allows staff to flex their 80 hours each pay-period with a minimum of only 50% of their time required in an office setting. In addition, our in-office experience features just what our talented staff need to be successful -- including innovative collaboration and workspaces, in-house dining and coffee at many of our locations, flexible and fully provisioned reservable touchdown spaces, experimentation labs, and much more.
