Health insurance was really great until 2015. Currently offered plan have higher deductible than before even though the premium has increased.

Co-pay is $20. It used to be $5 a few year's ago. Many things are paid for. I had surgery and paid an initial co-pay of $20 and nothing else. All of my physical therapy afterwards was covered at 100%.
