None of the review so far mention... there's a vesting period for the match portion of your 401k. + 25% a year over four years. In other words, only after 4 years does all of the match portion become yours. (not a gripe, just fyi)

They don't provide 6% match all the time. Company matches first 3% but 6% match depends on it's performance.
