few vacations i would want more ideally

4 weeks of vacations is great.

Fairly standard but fair policy.

Work from anywhere -> best Very much manager dependent -> worst

Scales on years of service.

Average days off not great

Unlimited sick time, which is good. Everything else is decent but a bit stingy compared to similar companies. 15 vacation days until your fourth year (it then increases to 20), 24 hours hours PTO. Only 8.5-9.5 holidays. You can request up to 8 hours off for volunteering. There's bereavement and jury duty leave as well.

Limited vacation and no payout, but managers generally expect you to use it,
