Ok dental insurance. Offered to both full time and part time employees.

I wasn't even allowed to sign up for the dental insurance plan, which was frustrating at first but I figured even if I save the $15 a month I could set up my own "insurance" plan without their help. Dental visits are only $150 per year with the cleaning and minimal x-ray, dentist checkup... Menards insurance is $180 per year lol

It is an inexpensive dental plan that doesn't cover any major work

Not too expensive with a $750 annual cap.

Barely covers the basics and it is only dental. My recommendation is to get the dental/vision combined from the Blue Cross Blue Shield website. It's roughly $40/month for my husband and I combined, and has super low co-pays. Shop around instead of getting it from Menards.

This I like. Around $1 a month with preemptive care paid for. So as long as you keep your teeth brushed and flossed, this is worth it.
