Very good Health insurance. Just wish Co-pays were a little more reasonable.

Great health insurance. It would be perfect if it covered contraceptives or contraceptive surgeries of any kind.

The rates are comparable to others in the community, however the deductibles continue to change each year, going up on some copays and down on others. You need to spend some time each year making sure you understand your obligations. Many years these deductible changes have not been published prior to the deadline for specifying the next year's medical spending amount.

If you use Mercy facilities the benefits are better than average. Because Mercy is actually "self insured" I have seen them decline some procedures that were costly because they deemed them unnecessary. Overall though the health benefits were very good.

You have to use a Mercy facility or physician to remain in network..
