Health insurance for part-time employees is not affordable at all.

Plan is best for people who live within the Mercy provider network.

Best is that health insurance is offered, thanks to the ACA. Worst is cost go up every year and benefit richness goes down. Lots of cost for employees under any of the benefits plan even after benefits are applied to medical or dental treatments/procedures and vision needs.

Most options are pretty good

Best- Mercy on Call guides me to the right place to or treats me virtually without an extra fee. Worst- no HSA
