They have it! Fortunately I have never had to have a claim on STD and I have not died so It seems o.k. But I gave it a two because you are not eligible for Long Term Disability until after one year and the open enrollment immediately following your one year anniversary.

As life insurance company this was a generous benefit as an employee. You could also buy additional coverage during open enrollment.
