Very generous and consistent. 10% for a regular Engineer. 15% for a Senior/Lead engineer level. 22.5% for a Principal Engineer / Director /AVP level. Times your performance multiplier and company performance multiplier.

Performance bonuses are based on individual and company performance. Percentages vary based on level.

for sales people, the performance bonus is pretty high and they can get more money as well as traveling opportunities according to their performance.

hard to get the highest rating, but good and average rating still get generous bonuses.

Performance Bonus' are based on performance rating which is based on stacked rating system which I have never been a fan of. You can be doing very well, or suck beans and it doesn't matter - they have to rate everyone in their system - they only have so much money for their group ...... It all just sucks.

Very disappointing. It really is insulting. Because the percentage is based on your annual salary. So, like me if you make 29400 and the maximum bonus is 3 percent. It would not be even 900. LOUSY.
