ON-SITE & REMOTE
We use a fit-for-purpose workplace model that classifies every role as office-based, hybrid, or virtual, based on the nature of the work.
These programs encourage a healthy remote working environment.
With MetLife’s INDEAVOR Team Experience, an accelerator to inclusion in team settings, participants receive expert coaching and tools to become more inclusive and high performing in their daily interactions.
Balancing work and home lives has become increasingly challenging. MetLife offers services to help employees navigate caregiving challenges (Family First), find back-up childcare and elder care (Bright Horizons), and have free teleconsultations for employees who are parents or caregivers of children with learning or developmental challenges (Rethink Benefits).
Momentum is a way to make it easier for employees to become more engaged in the existing communities within MetLife so all feel valued and connected to what is important to their personal purpose. Employees explore their interests across DEI, environment, well-being, and volunteerism through groups such as Green Teams and 10 inclusion networks that focus on families; gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender professionals and allies; employees with disabilities; veterans; multicultural professionals; rising professionals; women; Black professionals and leaders; Asian professionals; and Latinx employees.
BeWell, our on-demand, individually curated wellness platform, organizes well-being resources into themes including coping, balance, resilience, relationships, body and finance. Employees can select from an array of resources, from concierge-style services and dependent care support to multi-module learning courses, to find the right resources for how they might be feeling currently.
