This is not really welcomed at Facebook. They have "no meeting Wednesdays" and some people work from home, but most managers frown upon this. They want you at your desk almost at all times, so you seem like you are working and engaging with the team.

Wednesday's are generally meeting free and people are encouraged to work from home if they need to focus on anything
