You are eligible for long-term disability (LTD) coverage at no cost to you after one year of service with Methodist. Part-time employees must work at least 24 hours per week to be eligible for LTD.
Voluntary short-term disability can be used if you are partially or fully disabled. Short-term disability is intended to protect your income for a specific period of time should you become ill, injured off the job, or give birth and are unable to work. You have the option of selecting one of three plans to best fit your needs.
