Employee Assistance Program

GuidanceResources provides 24/7 confidential, professional counseling and referral services to help you and your family with personal, job or family issues. The program is no-cost, completely confidential and available to all Micron team members and their families. This program provides for unlimited phone support and up to six face-to-face consultations per issue.

Some common concerns include:

• Stress, anxiety and depression

• Life transitions

• Grief and loss

• Divorce or separation

• Conflict resolution

• Substance abuse

• Work/life counseling

The program also provides financial counseling, legal consultations and more.
