Micron Technology offers its employees medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death and dismemberment, short- and long-term disability and business travel accident insurance. Also, the Micron Family Health Center has a full-time staff of highly trained medical professionals providing services (for a $10 copay per clinic visit) to team members and their dependents covered on a Micron health plan such as: routine medical care, health screening and prevention, disease management, health education and wellness consulting and programs, care for work related injuries/illnesses, medical surveillance as required by OSHA standards, lab tests, physical therapy, immunizations and physicals for business travel, and referrals.

Micron pays relatively competitive in Boise Area with decent benefit packet. The periodically lay off kind of setting the wall between coworkers, but it is kinda common in the work field.
