extremely generous not enough follow up, managers never know if their employee is coming back to work as they are scheduled unless the employee is very honest and responsible. benefits team often takes weeks after leave is done to follow up and hel us get the employee back to work or out of our system

Never had to use it, glad it was there.

MSFT offers the standard disability insurance

Not much aware off but heard its good

They help out a lot for disabled people.
