Don't like it. HSP. They give you a little money every year, but healthcare is essentially an out of pocket expense until you hit your annual premium. Makes you not want to see the doctor. Go back to the old system.

I do the "high deductible" plan with the HSA. Microsoft contributes to it and I do as well. The money keeps accumulating because my expenses are low. The on-site medical clinic is very affordable and extremely convenient. So far it has met all my needs.
