Premera high deductible plan with HSA is pretty great -- they do two HSA dumps a year which mostly covers the deductible. The dental is also Premera which is hard to find dentists that take sometimes.

There are about 3-4 choices for health plans. Their primary health plan is very good and has a wide network, however it is a high deductible plan (HDHP) which means outside of checkups and teeth cleaning, you must pay until you reach your deductible before the provider starts helping to cover most services. This does however mean you're eligible for an HSA which Microsoft contributes to and offers tax sheltered saving strategies.

Network coverage is the best

It is comprehensive and you get access to pretty much any provider.
