Their stock options are very poor compared to their competitors. This is a shame because I work so hard to ensure Microsoft's success, it would be nice to share in the profits more. I've been with the company 5 years and get about $10k/year in stock options. Satya said they are going to increase this by a minimum of 25%. That equates to $2,500/year or $200/month. To put that into perspective, the average price for a house where I live is $900k.
