Work From Home

At MongoDB, we provide optionality in terms of your working model. This gives you the flexibility to work from home when you want along with opportunities for collaboration and social interaction in a MongoDB office. Working models may be dependent on your specific role at MongoDB. 

In-Office

In-office employees typically work from a MongoDB office 3-5 days per week and have a dedicated desk. Employees may choose to be in-office or have a role that requires them to be in a MongoDB office.

Flexible

Flexible employees have a remote compatible role but work from a MongoDB office 1-2 days per week. Flexible employees will have a shared desk in their given office location.

Fully Remote

Fully remote employees are not required to have a regular working cadence in a MongoDB office and have a role that is fully remote compatible. 

Customer-Facing Remote

Employees who are customer-facing remote work remotely but may be required to meet with current or potential customers in person.
