Sabbatical Leave

After six consecutive years at Zillow Group, employees are eligible to take up to six consecutive weeks off of work to recharge and reboot (“R&R”). During their sabbatical period, employees will still receive benefits while taking time off to pursue their passion, spend time with loved ones or otherwise take time to develop personally and professionally.
