the worst perk.
there's an internal "gear store" where you can purchase items with internal funny money, which you accrue at a rate of around $50-$100 per year (don't remember exactly). the items in there are at full MSRP, and even refurbished items are at an unexpectedly high price.
corporate messaging encourages employees to dogfood our own products, yet employees are expected to pay out of pocket for these devices.
there are a handful of affiliate/partner/discount programs offered as well, and from what I remember, it's pretty binary whether or not you personally will benefit from them. you either really will, or they will be largely irrelevant to you, based on your individual needs/habits.

This is something they could improve. Most discounts are not really useful. The best I use if 10% discount on my kids day care.
